Panglao Beach! :)

Sunday, July 28, 2013

Panglao beach is located in Panglao Island, Bohol.
And it has one of the best spectacular diving spots here in the Philippines. Click the link to find out!
I love going to the beach.. and Panglao is one of the best I have ever been so far. It has many resorts including the Bluewater, Alona, Oasis and so much more. Plus they have many bars and restos everywhere from korean to italian cuisine. No wonder why so many tourists are inlove with this beach!

They also sell fresh seafoods and fishes.. a proof of how rich the ocean is!
Our food by the beach! we had marinara spaghetti, bowl of fruits, and my favorite calamares.
I had a lot of fun during my whole stay at Panglao beach!

It's truly something worth visiting when you go to Bohol. x

Tea Time: Silvermoon Tea (Green Tea)

I've been meaning to blog about this TEA eversince my sister got it for me from Singapore. It's my current favorite right now hence it's a green tea (a mix of sencha, dried strawberry and madagascar vanilla) which we all know is really good for the skin! I usually drink this Tea whenever I read a book.. like this one "Write here, Write now" by AA Patawaran-- reviews about this book soon. x

It's called the Silver moon Tea by The Wellness Group a.k.a TWG.
Silvermoon Tea is the TWG's best seller of all times.. it's actually the world's favorite or to quote them "an eternal favorite". The smell of this tea is just fantastic and amazing! it has an aroma of berries and vanilla that can make you feel giddy and excited to taste the tea already. It smells really pretty.. I kid you not!

ALA boxing gym!

Thursday, July 25, 2013

Before heading to the airport, we decided to hit the boxing gym and lose some calories. haha Like literally 3 hours before flight. I don't know why at the very last minute I thought about boxing and sweating. Weird. hmmm, but nonetheless I just really want to try boxing kasi. hihi

Good thing, kuya dek and ate Annabelle are both members of ala boxing gym, and these two gorgeous couple are very active in sports.. be it a badminton, boxing, yoga and so much more. That's why they were able to convince me to try this sport, boxing! Who would have ever thought that a very kikay girl like me would be a maton-like for a day? hehe Oh welps, just for a change. Lez do it!
I love the interior of ALA boxing, it's spacious and not crowded at all compared to the other branch.
and who wouldn't want to train here with these nice and inspiring quotes on the wall to keep you going?

Kawasan Falls

Tuesday, July 23, 2013

The 1st falls
It's blue, clean, cold and gorgeous. Kawasan Falls consists of multiple cascading waterfalls inside and has about three-tiered main waterfalls. And though it was quite a long drive going to Badian Cebu and had to walk for about 1.5km to reach the falls,. it was definitely worth it. The view was breath taking as we were hiking through the trail.. so if you opt not to walk, you will miss half of your life!

I couldn't hardly believe it myself that the blue spring water was actually real and very clean that you can actually drink the water from it. Oh yes the wonders of God's creation!

The entrance fee: Php 10.00
Just a random mini waterfall
While walking through the trail you can see the long greenish river connecting to the falls with fishes swimming on it's crystal clear water. I was so tempted to dive in everyime I see the blue water because it was a really long walk! so as we went nearer and nearer, I get more and more excited.
I also noticed that they have this thing called hydro-electric power plant to actually get some energy and produce electricity from the water. I think it's very clever! don't you think? good job people!

Molave Milk Station

Monday, July 22, 2013

After our fun yet tiring trip at the Kawasan Falls, we stopped over to this milk station to try their famous Ice cream.. hence, it was a long 3 hour drive so we needed a break.

Bohol Bee Farm

Bohol bee farm is more than just a farm.. it's like an all in one stop shop. It has room accommodations, indoor pools, organic foods and skin care products, plus a souvenir shop, etc.
They not only promote eating healthy but they also have livelihood projects inside that produces native crafts like hats, bags, curtains, and some decors. Bohol bee farm is located in Dao, Dauis, Panglao Island, Cebu.

This guy right here did catch my attention. He has a polio but he's a very talented man.
He does paintings and henna tattoo for the visitors. Here are the samples of his paintings.

A one fine morning at the Sugar Beach! ❤

I love waking up at the sound of beach waves and the smell of the fresh sun..
having to wake up with such a beautiful scenery like this is truly a blessing from God..
I feel crazy blessed for witnessing yet another morning with a good life and a really good beach.

Lantaw's interior is very homey and native.. and the restaurant is so spacious.

Bantayan Island Nature Park and Resort

Bantayan Island Nature Park & Resort is an 8-hectare wellness and leisure hideaway located in Tami-ao, Bantayan Island, North of Cebu province, Philippines. Owned by Mr. Pacheco (a pilot)

For P150 you will get an awesome day tour package..
A tour to their mini zoo, beautiful garden, fish your feet spa, sto. nino cave (spring pool), infinity pool, and kiddie pool, a captain's bar & resto, and ofcourse the beach.

Going to the cave, they will provide you with a tour guide. Ofcourse..
kudos to the staff for being so accommodating and nice.

THE CAVE
It's called the Sto.nino cave because they said that this sto.nino was already here years before they discovered the cave. They just changed the clothes though.. but overall, it was here already.

The day tour package includes swimming at the cave, the water was so clear and a bit salty. No fishes or anything like that.. it has an alkaline though and was said to be miraculous if you want to have a baby. Be sure to be really good at swimming though because the water could get high up to 8 feet during high tide.
Stalagmites and stalactites formation--- obviously no one is allowed to touch or even step on it.

Get Gorgeous and Get Happy with these TEAS!

Friday, July 5, 2013

We visited the Healthy options yesterday, as usual.. (my favorite store) at the Robinsons magnolia.
I certainly think that Rob mag has the best healthy options store, like ever! better than the one they have in greenbelt or the fort. It's big, it's nice and they have everything in there.
Including different teas. :) and look what we found!

I know I've been talking endlessly about this Get gorgeous Tea  in this blog eversince I've purchased my Red velvet Tea . I didn't know that they also sell this in a traveler tin cans.
This one has 6 tea bags inside for Php 275.

Bellasugar"The Republic of Tea hopes you'll drink your way to a clearer complexion. Its Get Gorgeous tea ($10)  or Php 575 has been out for a while now, promising to clarify skin with its blend of organic red tea and herbs.

It's a rooibos tea from Africa, and I'm a fan of this stuff in general. It's smooth and has a vaguely nutty flavor. The blend also has chamomile (said to soothe skin) and the chaste berry, which is meant to balance hormones so you break out less often during that time of the month."

I wanna try this one and I'm actually planning to buy the traveler's can lang. Since I think I just also need to have my own cute can na din, just incase.. so I'll have something to store my teas diba? :)

For Pauline: The Get Happy tea! haha
because we were joking the whole time we were there and said na she needs it so she'll stop worrying about her guy all the time, and just stop being too praning! haha But honestly though, Pauline is such a happy kid.

According to The Republic of Tea: "Herb Tea for Lifting Your Spirits - Need an attitude adjustment? If the sky is gray and cloudy or your spirit could use a little lift, there are lots of mood-enhancing options out there. But few are as healthy or delightful as sipping this caffeine-free herbal brew based on organic rooibos. Like a burst of sunshine, it begins to work its subtle magic as the bright flavors of lemon myrtle and luscious peach do a tango on your taste buds.  Meanwhile, our carefully balanced blend of calming lemon balm, St. John's wort and rhodiola does its part to help keep the blues away*. So sip and smile. You'll be feeling peachy keen in no time."
