ALA boxing gym!

Before heading to the airport, we decided to hit the boxing gym and lose some calories. haha Like literally 3 hours before flight. I don't know why at the very last minute I thought about boxing and sweating. Weird. hmmm, but nonetheless I just really want to try boxing kasi. hihi 

Good thing, kuya dek and ate Annabelle are both members of ala boxing gym, and these two gorgeous couple are very active in sports.. be it a badminton, boxing, yoga and so much more.That's why they were able to convince me to try this sport, boxing! Who would have ever thought that a very kikay girl like me would be a maton-like for a day? hehe Oh welps, just for a change. Lez do it!
I love the interior of ALA boxing, it's spacious and not crowded at all compared to the other branch.
and who wouldn't want to train here with these nice and inspiring quotes on the wall to keep you going?


Ofcourse, we started off with a little bit of stretching and some warming up exercises. Ala boxing is complete with equipment, mind you guys! I tried my hardest  believe me! but I ended up looking like a dope.. I mean who am I kidding? I'm just not really a fan of exercising and sweating. Sorry!
But atleast.. here goes another inspiring quote to keep me on the go! haha
yep.. yep.. yep.. never say never! Sa laki ba naman ng lettering na toh kahit ayaw mong makita, makikita mo talaga! :))
and so I had three boxing sesh in the boxing ring with this funny trainer guy. Forgot your name kuya sorry! but he was really really nice and funny, infairness! He kept on telling me to think about my exes and the basic bitches that I hate whenever I throw punches.. it was a really big help though. haha

But then at the end of my boxing experience-- I ended up really really tired and sweaty.. my hands were shaking and my knuckles were swelling. ouch! but it was all worth the pain. I swear! I loooove the sweat! it was refreshing and extra ordinary knowing that I did something new for the first time. Yay go me! so who wants to try my punches now huh?  want me to hit your gums? haha lol

I now know that the chizmis is true though!! YES! Boxing is a really good work out. It's a great way to lose weight and tone up your muscles while keeping your mind sharp at all times. ;)

I really can't wait to go boxing again soon! I've been eyeing the Elorde boxing gym for a while, hence my boyfie also wanted to try boxing so maybe it's about time that we should walk the talk. ha!

  1. OT: These are two of the all time greatest fighters. I think everyone would love a rematch between Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao. Question guys,is it really possible? Even though Pacquiao is now recuperating from a shoulder injured surgery, there is still a possibility for a Mayweather vs Pacquiao 2 rematch.
