Blushing Cupcakes Cafe! :)

Friday, November 29, 2013

Hello there beautifulssss, I am sorry for my lack of post. Been kinda busy lately and lazy at the same time, I must admit. But oh welps, I am back to blogging.. and today I just want to share y'all this new found cafe that I recently discovered with my friends. It's called the Blushing Cupcakescafe  at skygarden in Sm north. It was a bit small little store but it was cute, and girly, loaded with mouthwatering cupcakes and cakes!

Went there with my super girlfriends.. Pauline, Pam and Faola. :)

marshmallow cake
Yema cake
Caramel cake(?)

The good thing about this cafe is that they offer really cheapo cakes and cupcakes! One slice of cake is only Php35 but they have this promo where you can get 3 cakes for only Php100! Like omg how cool is that? at first to be honest we were a bit doubtful if the cakes were even yummy because of the price.. but then the saying "don't judge the book by its cover" (if that even make any sense) is quite true!! The cake was so yummy! especially the marshmallow cake and the yema cake!! Looking forward to come here as often as I could especially when I just want to chill a bit and not so busy at all. :)

The next time I visit, I'll make sure to try their cupcakes too!

Are you also obsessed with such guilty pleasures like cakes/cupcakes like I do? x

Etude House: Happy Teatime Lemon Tea Cleansing cream (Review)

Saturday, November 2, 2013

Hello beauties, this has been on my draft lists for like forever. I thought I would have enough time to blog since it's already sembreak but I guess I'm too lazy to keep up with blogging.. lol I am such a crappy blogger. I know!  But anyways tonight, I am going to share with you guys this current cleansing cream that I've been using from the Etude House.

It's called "Happy Teatime Lemon Tea Cleansing cream". Php 198 for 180 ml.
I was using Ponds cold cream for the longest time, I find it very gentle and great for removing my makeup.. I have never encountered any breakouts or irritation while I was using it.. I just love love it. However, it's kinda hard for me to get one when I'm out of it, so when I was in Cebu my cousin gave this to us and so far I like it! and I thought I'd share with you guys what I think about this cleansing cream.

Full makeup on, this was after my Graduation pictorial.

Cleansing cream is very essential for me because I personally like doing the double cleansing routine just to make sure I get all the gunk out of my pores just to avoid having breakouts.
waterproof eyeliner and mascara.

You just need a tad bit of the cleansing cream.
It has a runny lotion consistency so a little goes a long way.

here's a video of me while removing my make up.
As you can see I didn't use any cotton pads because I find it harsh for my skin..
I just kinda massage it all over my face and then wet my hands with water to emulsify it a bit.
